Cleaning Confirmation

The Client will receive a cleaning confirmation within one week before the scheduled clean via email - please check your junk mail if we are emailing you for the first time and notify if you do not receive the confirmation email. We require a response to the confirmation email, should the client need to cancel they must notify via phone or email at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If the client notifies the Business Owner of a cancellation, not giving the required 24 hours notice, the client will incur a $50 fee.

Invoicing

Invoices will be sent out for cleans completed within 24 hours of the completed clean. Invoices are payable upon receipt via e-transfer or credit card.

Fees:

  • All invoices will have an additional operational expense of $3.50

  • Payments that are not made within 24 hours of invoice will be subject to a $10.00 late payment fee.

Expectations for the Day of your Clean

We are unable to give a specific time for when we will be at your place to clean, we will let you know that your clean will occur between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on the day stated in your confirmation email.  

  • Should you have committed to leaving a key for us to access your home and we are not able to locate the key when arriving for your clean you will be subject to a $50.00 charge

  • We will not move heavy furniture due to the risk of flooring being damaged, if you DO want us to move the furniture - you will be assuming the potential risks involved.

  • Should any damages occur during your clean it is important that you notify In n Out Cleaning Services within 24 hours via email.

  • Should the clean not be to your satisfaction you must notify In n out Cleaning Services within 24 hours of your clean. In n Out Cleaning Services will then come back to your location and make things right. Although In n Out Cleaning Services will not discount invoices due to unsatisfactory cleans - they will come back to your place and put the time in that is needed at no cost to you - to make things right.

Our Commitment to You - Going above and beyond

  • All of our staff have been criminal record checked

  • We are bonded, licenced and insured

  • If you choose to give In n Out Cleaning Services a copy of the key to your location, it is our commitment to you that we will store your key securely in a lockbox. 

  • Should you have any issues with the quality of your clean you must notify In n out Cleaning Services within 24 hours of your clean. In n Out Cleaning Services will then come back to your location and make things right. Although In n Out Cleaning Services will not discount invoices due to unsatisfactory cleans - they will come back to your place and put the time in that is needed at no cost to you

  • We are trying our best to navigate COVID with our limited staff. Sometimes things will happen that are outside of our control (sick kids/staff etc), this will make scheduling difficult at times. We ask that you be patient and understanding and know that although your services *may* be disrupted at times, we will do our best to rebook them as soon as we possibly can.

Pets Policy - We love your furry friends!

  • The safety of our team is our number one priority, should there ever be an issue with an aggressive animal the team will leave the home immediately and notify you if your animal has a history of aggression we ask that you please ensure that your animal is safely put away in a separate area.

  • In n Out Cleaning is comfortable with working in a home with animals, but will not be responsible for letting the aminal in or out of the home for any reason - the animal will remain inside or outside as they were upon our arrival.

  • We are not responsible for cleaning up animal waste, should we encounter any during our visit we will clean around it as best we can.

Safety

  • The safety and wellbeing of our staff are of the utmost importance if the weather creates unsafe road conditions we will notify you that we will be rescheduling your clean

  • COVID PRECAUTIONS

    • We ask that you let us know if anyone in your household has been exhibiting COVID-related symptoms, or if you have travelled outside of the country within 14 days of your scheduled clean.

    • Our staff will be in good health and will not be allowed to work if they are exhibiting any COVID-related symptoms

    • In n Out Cleaning Services is committed to following all of the AHS guidelines

      • Regular handwashing

      • Wearing of masks and gloves at all times during your clean

      • Cleaning and sanitization to the high touch surfaces in your home

      • Sanitization of all cleaning supplies and equipment in between cleans
