Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and fully insured for both theft and damages. Proper insurance protects us and you the client. Each staff member is also required to provide a clean criminal record check and we have WCB to cover employees should they be injured on the job.

What is your hourly rate?

We have a customized flat rate based on individual homes or offices and so an estimate is really the best way for us to quote you correctly.

Do you clean in teams?

Yes, we do! For a few different reasons, one being the safety of our staff. With a team, the residence is cleaned in much less time so the client (if they choose) does not need to remain out of the home for a long period of time. As some do work alone, we also set up our employees with GPS tracking for staff safety as well as keeping track of the time spent at each home.

What time is my clean?

Though we would love to provide you with an exact arrival time, we are not able to due to so many factors that are outside of our control: Childcare issues, sick kids, traffic, construction, weather, etc… We can try our best to provide you with a morning or afternoon clean if necessary, though our hours of operation are from 8 am and 5 pm. And we guarantee that we will be doing a clean for you at some point during those hours. Our schedule is constantly changing as we make adjustments within the day, a lot of times we can not predict more than 2 hours ahead because there are so many variables that we are working with.

If you require an estimated arrival time, we ask that you please contact us the morning of your clean - however the arrival time is not guaranteed due to the above.

How will you enter my home?

If you have an electronic lock keypad, this is the easiest way to access your home - we can discuss a code that you can set for us to enter your home. We also do have a locked security box for keys in a secure location - we do not label keys, so if a key was to be misplaced there is no safety concern. Your home security is VERY important to us.

How can I pay?

You may pay via e-transfer to admin@innoutcleaningservices.com or by clicking the secure link on your invoice and from there you may pay via credit card or Apply pay.

When will I receive my invoice?

You should receive your invoice within 48 hours after your clean - invoices are due upon receipt. Please allow extra time if your clean was done on a Friday, weekend, or over a holiday.

Can I request the same team each clean?

Due to our complex schedule, and all the variables associated with it we do not commit to the same staff at your location each clean. Rest assured our staff are trained for a variety of different homes, and we also have a set of clear notes for each individual house that we follow. We do however try our best to schedule one consistent employee (usually a team lead) at your home as they will be familiar to you and your location.

What are your protocols with COVID-19?

We are ensuring that our staff is practicing social distancing while in a client’s home, wearing masks and gloves to each clean, frequent hand washing and sanitization, sanitizing products between cleans, using fresh rags at each clean (though this was always done), staff are asked to report any signs of sickness they have personally or if they have been in close contact with an unwell individual. We ask clients if anyone in their home is sick or if they have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19 or if they or anyone in their home has travelled in the last 14 days.
